Self-taught, production-tested.

I'm a Google Cloud Certified ML Engineer and backend developer who learned this craft from research papers and shipped systems, not a bootcamp. Today I run Axene.io, a B2B infrastructure platform giving African SMMEs local-first, M-Pesa-compatible alternatives to USD-priced SaaS — email, chat, payments, domains, analytics and workspace tools, one API at a time.

Alongside Axene I mentor rising data professionals, lead AI/ML programming for GDG Nairobi and She Code Africa, and spend most weekends in a room full of laptops helping someone else ship their first model. I care about the full lifecycle — data engineering, training, containerised deployment on GCP — and about building tools that actually make sense for the market they're built for.
